Woodbury, TN – Director of Schools William Freddy Curtis announced Tuesday that Cannon County Schools will expand their voluntary free COVID testing program, that is funded through the state EPI grant, to include students.  A detailed letter will be sent home with each student explaining the program and procedures later this week of October 26, 2021.  Parents will need to sign a consent form in the presence of a school nurse before the nurse can administer the test.  More information can be found on the district web page concerning testing protocols, and how a parent can request a test for their child, under the COVID tab.

If you have any questions regarding the COVID testing program, please call your child’s school and speak with the school nurse or email Leslie Pelham, Lead Nurse for Cannon County Schools at leslie.pelham@ccstn.net (opens in a new window).
